People Section

The People Section provides access to information about Chorale members and associates.
Features
  • The membership can be "browsed" using multiple selection and sorting criteria.
  • Administrators can add, delete, and edit parts of member records.
  • Members have full access to their own member record.
Main Screen
The main People screen shows some statistics about the membership. This information is freshened each time this page is loaded.

The left section breaks down the membership by voicing and status.


This section displays various statistics about the active membership.


If logged in, this area displays birthdays among the active membership for the current month. Click on the person's name to visit their member page.

Click the Browse button to activate the member browser. A printable contact list is available under reports. System administrators can edit the member rosters by clicking Edit.

The Browser
The member browser allows you to examine the membership roster by various criteria. The number of options and the amount of information available is very limited for those who are not logged in.

Use this area to limit the roster using specific criteria. Some of the filters have additional options available only to members who log in.


Use the Order section to arrange your filtered member list in a particular order. Up to three sorting criteria can be specified. All criteria are in ascending order.

Use the Include section to specify the items you wish to see. Most items are unavailable until you log in. The member's name is always shown. Non-members see only the person's city when the address checkbox is selected.

Click the Browse button to see your report. Cancel returns you to your previous page.

Browser Output

This area shows you the criteria you chose to generate the current list, along with the status of the query and the number of records retrieved.

Your browse results are here. If you chose to see a lot of information, it may scroll off to right. If your Browse selections resulted in no members being displayed, the "SQL" query is displayed for diagnostic purposes.
